In 1989, I had the opportunity to start walking the corporate ladder myself; it was the beginning of the most comprehensive development of my character and skills that has served me throughout my adult life.
As the company's youngest manager, I participated in national and international management congresses, seminars, and workshops for my work as a salesman, recruiter, motivator, sales and marketing manager.
For years, I have trained hundreds of people in personal leadership, motivation, and management in various cities across the country.
In 1995, when I moved to the United States, all the training, experience, and expertise I had allowed me to adapt and continue my wish to grow and help human beings discover their true Divine nature.
Based on my studies and corporate career, I was qualified to study Mental and Emotional Health under the Alternative and Complementary Medicine program: Emotional Rational Hypnotherapy and Internal Healing Arts.
Combining the art of mental and emotional well-being with my knowledge of philosophy, leadership, and oratory, I began offering courses, seminars, and conferences in hotel rooms and at universities on topics that promote the development of human qualities for individuals, couples, children, and families.
He participates in interviews as a special guest on the Univision and Telemundo television networks, Tele Miami, América TV, and Cristina's show. On Caracol Radio, Mambí, La Cubanísima, Amor, El Sol, Romance, and La Clásica 92, where he was interviewed by the late Alvarez Guedez, among many other well-known radio hosts. He wrote articles in several magazines and local Miami newspapers.
Throughout his stay in Miami, he entertains at Italian, French, and Spanish restaurants, as well as at various family and corporate celebrations, utilizing his musical talent as an Accordionist.
In 1999, he moved to Orlando, FL, and offered his professional therapy and coaching services, receiving patients referred by an internist and a psychiatrist. Now with more emphasis on the care of children and adolescents, helping them overcome parenting traumas, and informing and educating parents to end repression, impatience, ignorance, intolerance, violence, cruelty, fear, and bullying, which have been passed down from generation to generation. With this initiative, Professor Pablo helps improve the quality of life for many families, making their children's upbringing and home environment more loving, functional, cooperative, and proactive.
Creates its radio talk show, "Comprehensive Mental Health," which is broadcast weekly and addresses the greatest needs of the local community in the Alternative Healing Arts and Wellbeing Coaching.
On the local TV station "Telemundo Orlando," he frequently participates in the morning program
"A Tu Salud" (On your Health), proposing new ideas to viewers through live calls to manage stress and other emotional conditions. Also in Orlando, he continues to offer Theosophy courses, conferences, and seminars at hotels in the city, at U.C.F., and at Barry University.
In 2003, he returned to Miami to continue expanding and sharing his life through his music, knowledge, and experiences. He established his private consulting and legal entity, Complete Mental Health, offering consultations, spiritual retreats, seminars, classes, conferences, and radio and television appearances.
For 12 months in a row, he has participated in Telemundo Internacional as a mental and emotional well-being advisor, proposing to local and Latin American people new ideas to manage depression, anxiety, anger, and stress, taking live calls on the air. He is invited to talk on several local radio stations, including Amor 107.5, Caracol, El Sol, Romance, and La Clásica 92, among others.

He designed a program to advise and train daycare center and preschool owners and educators. This training presents new ways to improve children's lives, based on research, knowledge, and experience working with children in his practice, and is applied through an official program at two private preschools.
In 2004, he founded "Touch of Love," a nonprofit organization dedicated to rescuing homeless individuals on the streets and providing humanitarian aid where needed, with support from his patients, students, and friends.

The same year, he organized the first Spiritual Retreat, taking a group to the mountains of North Carolina, where they immersed themselves in the depths of the forest, surrounded by waterfalls, rivers, and an extraordinary energy, and shared Divine Wisdom under Theosophical philosophy.
Since then, he has offered a yearly spiritual retreat in various locations, including North Carolina, Tennessee, and Colorado.
In 2006, he recorded several songs on his accordion at Nickelodeon Studios for the musical production Dora's World Adventure, a worldwide success.

That same year, he designed the first "International Vegetarian Cooking Course" to teach people how to transition to a healthy, animal-free diet, helping restore vitality and reduce cruelty to animals.

In 2010, he traveled to North Carolina to open a center for Alternative and Integrative Medicine, collaborating with professionals in Allopathic medicine, Chinese medicine, and Acupuncture. In Sparta, Elkin, Independence, and Charlotte, Prof. De Vincenzo offers professional services to improve the mental and emotional health of N.C. residents. He performs at several private events with his accordion.
After two years in North Carolina and completing his mission with the center, he returns to Miami. He opens his new private office/practice, offering consultations, talks, workshops, courses, and seminars, and writes articles via internet platforms such as Inspirulina.
He continues to achieve success with his accordion music, performing in restaurants and entertaining at family and corporate events, and recording with his accordion in the latest musical production featuring Prince Royce.

In 2013, he opened his first accordion instrument store, "Accordions by De Vincenzo, L.L.C.," selling premium new and pre-owned accordions made and imported from Italy. This offered students, amateurs, and professional musicians in the United States and around the world the opportunity to obtain high-quality instruments.

The same year, he began serving as a musical events planner for all celebrations, creating duos, trios, quartets, and larger musical ensembles.
In 2015, Pablo began studying agricultural technology and plant-based "cultured cellular proteins," which led to the emergence of a new multi-billion-dollar industry. It creates an excellent opportunity to help alleviate the environmental pressure on the planet caused by the excessive use of animal protein on Land and in the seas.
In 2017, he launched his radio talk show, "The Awakening of Consciousness," which started airing "live" on an Internet-based radio station; it now airs "live" every Monday at 7 pm.

In 2018, he founded a new venture, "I am Vegetarian, L.L.C."
He created a new brand with the same name and registered it with the USPTO.
2024 - 2025, his company, Accordions by De Vincenzo, became the #1 store in the United States for the sale, repair, and restoration of accordions. He performs, organizes, and produces numerous musical events at five-star clubs in Florida, including Anglers Club, Mar-a-Lago, The Boca Raton, Coral Gables Golf Club, Ocean Reef, and others.
